    Doldrums

    Doldrums have been making waves this year, topping the critical lists at SXSW and last week at Great Escape festival in the UK (check out some of that praise after the jump) ... and to celebrate, the band is giving away this second track from the 'Egypt' 12", "Jump Up".

    CocoRosie

    Lead track from new 7" from CocoRosie is available here now for pre-listening!!

    The 7" features two brand new tracks from the sisters: A-side "We Are on Fire" and B-side "Tearz for Animals". Both tracks were produced by TVOTR's Dave Sitek, and the B-side of the single also features vocals from Antony Hegarty ! Check it out here:

    Crocodiles

    San Diego’s Crocodiles are to release the title track from their forthcoming album 'Endless Flowers' as a single on June 11th!

    The single comes backed with Crocodiles’ cover of Teenage Head’s "Picture My Face", available now on iTunes here & to be released on 7” vinyl later this summer. Tourdates and more info after the jump, but first, download the title MP3 free here:

     

    "Endless Flowers" follows the newly-released "Sunday (Psychic Conversation #9)", the first taster from the band’s brilliant third long player, which is itself set for release on Souterrain Transmissions on June 4th. 

    The single comes backed with the band’s cover of Teenage Head’s "Picture My Face",  and its release will be accompanied by live shows including London’s Field Day Festival and a very special London boat party album launch.  Ahead of this, Crocodiles head to the UK for dates supporting Cribs, including a show at London’s Troxy on May 8th.
